Years and counting
2023 marked the 10th annual Guts and Glory event which was canceled due to inclement weather. We are thrilled to be celebrating our eleventh year and cannot wait to be back at Penn State Berks in 2024.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020, the Guts & Glory in-person event was cancelled. Our team curated a unique, virtual wellness week on Facebook.
