Guts & Glory 2024 Event Registration

Food Vendors

Thanks for your interest in joining us as a food vendor for our 11th annual Guts and Glory Digestive and Wellness Expo 2024!

Spaces fill up quickly! PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION IS NOT AUTOMATIC FOR 2023 VENDORs – YOU MUST RE-REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN 2024!

If you are interested in registering as a non-food vendor, please register here.

Your participation illustrates your commitment to the health of the community you serve and is associated with a community-wide effort that is positively impacting people’s lives.  Please note the new location at Penn State Berks.

Your recognition and marketing will appear on our website, our social platforms, and our event programs (digital or print).

Please note: New for this year
  • There will be no fee to participate but vendors must be approved by MGI Board before being guaranteed a space
  • Approval will be confirmed by a WELCOME EMAIL from us. We will personally send a ‘no thank’ you response if the vendor is not deemed suitable for our event
  • Table vendors must bring their own table and chairs
  • Limited electricity is also available but vendor must bring their own long extension cords
  • Penn State Berks is a Pepsi products only campus and vendors cannot serve competitor beverages
  • No last-minute cancellations and we require at least 2 weeks notice in a written email for cancellation, otherwise risk not being allowed to participate in future years
  • Event is weather-dependent and a canopy or tent is highly recommended
  • No open food tastings, please. All free samples should be sealed/wrapped, due to contractual arrangements and liability reasons
  • In order to participate, food vendors must submit a Certificate of Liability and copy of Safe Serve license that does not expire before the date of our event (Sept. 28, 2024)

To maximize your food sales/profits, we recommend you create a limited menu for this event with a focus on healthy preparations.

Finally, we welcome the opportunity to share health-minded wisdom with our followers and encourage any interested vendors to consider contributing a recipe to be featured in our blogs and monthly newsletter and secondarily market their business/company/organization. Interested vendors should reach out to info@mygutinstinct.org
