REGISTRATION IS OPEN AND CLOSES ON SEPTEMBER 20TH.

Your participation illustrates your commitment to the health of the community you serve and is associated with a community-wide effort that is positively impacting people’s lives. Please note the new location at Jim Dietrich Park in Reading. The event will be held on Sat Oct 4 from 11am-3pm (rain date Sun Oct 5 from 11am-3pm)

New for 2025:

Due to the high volume of vendor interest coupled against the high number of no-shows and last minute cancellations in past years, we are charging a nonrefundable fee of $10 to register as a vendor at Guts and Glory 2025. This fee not only demonstrates your commitment, it also helps to offset the costs of organizing and promoting the festival, including venue expenses, permits, security, marketing, and logistical support. In this way, we can ensure a well-attended and successful event. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Your recognition and marketing will appear on our website, our social platforms, and our event program books.

Approval will be acknowledged through a WELCOME EMAIL from us. Participation is then only confirmed after the $10 fee is paid. We will personally notify by email any vendor who is not deemed suitable for our event
Vendors must bring their own table and chairs
Limited electricity is also available but vendor must bring their own long extension cords
We kindly request 2 weeks’ notice in a written email for any cancellations
While we do have a rain date of Sun Oct 5, a canopy or tent is highly recommended regardless on event day to protect against drizzle, wind, dust, or other suboptimal weather conditions
Interactive booths featuring active public participation is highly recommended
Please download our event flier and display at your business after registering, so that your customers can come see you at Guts and Glory 2025!

Finally, we welcome the opportunity to share health-minded wisdom with our followers and encourage any interested vendors to consider contributing an article to one of our monthly blogs and secondarily market their business/company/organization. The event is from 10am-3pm on Sat, Sept 23rd.

We ask that you stay for the entirety of the event to allow our community members full access to you and to eliminate distractions while the event remains active. We encourage you to have a dynamic presence at your space and create a spirit of interaction with our visitors, who are excited to get educated and find inspiration!!
