Combating Stress: The solution could be right under our nose!
All of us have heard the term “Work Life Balance”. As a busy professional with young children, I felt this boat tipping over 3 years ago, at the onset of the pandemic.
I reached out to friends, and implemented self care techniques including physical exercise, eating a healthy diet, and other outdoor activities. All these tools helped me, and yet, I felt that something was missing. I came across this wellness offering on a health care website and signed up for a weekend SKY breath and meditation workshop. It was an amazing experience, I felt like a big weight was lifted off of me. Stress was being pulled out of my system with simple breathing techniques and meditation.
Since then, mental health and well-being have been my priority, and with this in mind, I would like to introduce SKY Breath Meditation.
There is a connection between our breath and our emotions. When we are anxious or angry, our breath shallow, rapid and erratic. Whereas, when we are happy, our breath is light and easy. This is a two way relationship. If our emotions can effect our breath, then we can turn this relationship around, and with the help of our breath, manage our emotions and our mind. This is the cornerstone of the SKY breath and meditation technique.
It’s an evidence-based technique you can practice at home that’s shown to significantly reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, boost immunity, and so much more.
Join the National SKY breath and meditation workshop, between July 28-30, and Aug 25-27 weekend, which will feature the global humanitarian and founder of Art of living, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

I’ve been really impressed by the research (over 100 independent studies support the benefits!) and wide-ranging testimonials. It’s a breathwork technique that’s easy to learn and works from week one!!
