Louiselle Two Bean Chili

Makes 8 servings (perfect for dinner then lunch on the weekend after a good snow shovel!)
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 2 onions – chopped
- 1 green pepper – chopped
- 2 35oz. cans Italian style tomatoes (I use one can chopped & 1 can diced because I like a chunkier chili – puree will give a more smooth chili)
- 3 cloves garlic – crushed
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 flour
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
In large sauce pot over medium heat cook turkey, onions, green pepper, & garlic until turkey is brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt & flour. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, & beans. Reduce heat & simmer. Serve with grated cheddar cheese & soup crackers!
