Veggies & Sesame-Ginger Baked Salmon
Ingredients
2 tbsp reduced fat sesame ginger dressing
1/4 tsp chopped garlic
Dash of ginger
4-6 oz Salmon filet
3 Cups fresh or frozen stir fry vegetable or any vegetable
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine dressing, garlic, and ginger in small bowl, add salmon and coat both sides. Cover and chill for 15 minutes. Place salmon in non stick baking pan, add vegetables and drizzle the remaining mixture over bake. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. OR Use your grilling skillet, add vegetables to 1/2 skillet and grill for 10 minutes, skillet grill salmon for 5-7 minutes. When finished drizzle dressing over bake and serve.
